Listin3D lets people discover products in interactive 3D and lets sellers submit content for review. It does not take payments, place orders or handle delivery. Sales, delivery, returns, warranties and payment terms belong to the external seller. Confirm product availability and the seller’s terms before buying. Concept examples and sample collections are demonstrations, not offers for sale.
Content rights and review
You keep ownership of your content. Submit only accurate content that you own or have permission to use, adapt and share. You grant Litequo LLC a non-exclusive permission to store, validate, convert, prepare and review it for the service, host staff-selected preview copies, and publicly display approved listings and their assets through the publication workflow. This permission is limited to operating the service and necessary retained copies. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or sensitive personal content. Staff may request revisions, decline submissions or remove content. A draft or uploaded proposal does not guarantee approval or publication.
3D representations
Models and scenes are visual representations. Colors, materials, dimensions and behavior may differ from the real product. Verify measurements and specifications with the seller. Concept scenes, machinery and healthcare examples are not engineering certification, professional advice or evidence of product safety. Published assets can be downloaded or shared; archiving a listing does not revoke previously shared asset URLs.
Accounts and connected assistants
Keep your credentials private and use only accounts and files you are authorized to access. Verified seller accounts and a store are required for seller submissions. Connected assistants act with the permissions you select and your existing account role. Confirm changes and content rights before a write or submission. Revoke unwanted connections at /connections. Do not attempt to bypass ownership checks, quotas or staff review. Do not authorize an assistant connection unless you are at least 13 and meet the applicable minimum age to consent to sharing account data. New connections require your declaration; this does not verify age. Do not transfer personal information of children under 13 or the applicable minimum age of digital consent through a connected assistant. Account creation requires agreeing to the terms and acknowledging the privacy notice. We retain the versions, language and time of that choice with the account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, adult sexual content, malware or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass quotas or ownership checks, evade staff review or escape a scene sandbox. You are responsible for your files and external resources, including permission to share content through an assistant. Do not include secrets or other people’s private information in a scene.
Account closure and moderation
You can permanently delete your account in Settings after identity verification, or ask support about account or content removal. Disconnecting an assistant only revokes that connection. We may restrict accounts or remove content for a breach of these terms, rights complaints, security risks or legal requirements, and provide a reason when lawful and practicable. You may ask contact@listin3d.com to review a restriction or removal. Account closure cannot erase copies already downloaded by others, provider records or records that must lawfully be retained; the privacy notice explains removal and retention.
Availability and limits
Features are subject to stated file limits, quotas, supported formats and service availability. Seller 3D uploads may be enabled or disabled by the administrator. We may return validation errors or temporarily limit requests to protect the service. Keep copies of original files. No submission guarantees publication, a sale, uninterrupted availability or a particular result. These descriptions do not exclude liabilities or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and statutory rights
The current terms and revision date are published on this page. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required and request agreement where legally necessary. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the affected service and contact support about closure or removal. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights.

We verify account ownership or relevant rights before making protected changes. These terms apply to use of Listin3D; external seller and AI-provider services have their own terms.
